Who pays the Stripe processing fees?
Stripe's standard processing fee comes out of each transaction, same as any store you'd run on Stripe. The OAcast transaction fee is separate and shown above — there are no other cuts.
What happens when we hit a usage cap?
For storage, streaming and live hours, nothing gets cut off. We flag it, we talk, and we right-size the plan. Caps exist to keep pricing honest, not to hold your stream hostage. Email sending limits are the one exception: a campaign that would go over is refused before anything goes out — the message names the limit and the numbers, and no send is cut off partway.
Can we leave and take everything with us?
Yes. Your domain, your Stripe account, and your subscriber relationships are yours from day one — there is nothing to ransom.
What counts toward streaming usage?
Minutes your audience actually watches, plus stored library hours. We review usage together before it ever becomes a billing conversation.
Is there a setup fee?
Studio: no. Broadcast and Network include hands-on migration and design work — if your library needs heavy lifting, we scope it transparently up front.
